WATERLOO - Audrey Hankins, 69, of 216 E. Mullan St., died Thursday, April 26, 2007, at the Cedar Falls Healthcare Center, Cedar Falls, of natural causes.

She was born Sept. 12, 1936, in Harrisburg, Pa., daughter of R.P. Smith and Margaret Hines. She married Jesse M. Hankins in 1967 in Orlando, Fla.

Mrs. Hankins was formerly employed at Delta Airlines and Kaley elementary schools.

Survivors include her husband; four brothers; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; and two daughters, Doris Padgett of Orlando and Tonya (Antonio R.) Banchetto of Waterloo.

Preceded in death by a son, James; three brothers; and a sister.

Her body was cremated. Sanders Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
