WATERLOO - David Alan “Daveiy” North, 41, of Waterloo, died at home Saturday, Sept. 13, 2014, of natural causes.

He was born Sept. 3, 1973, in Waterloo, son of Ernie and Merline Monnahan North.

Survived by eight sisters, Luana Wuerz of Louisianna, Toinya North, Sherry (Pat) Powers, his twin, Dayline (Beef) Islas and Darla (Dave) Stuber, all of Waterloo, Laina (Nate) North of Sacramento, Calif., Melissa Geddis of Lewisville, Texas, and Sheila Ruzanov of California; five brothers, Shawn North, Kelly Maxwell, Cody Phennicie and Zach Phennicie, all of Waterloo, and Kirk Swaim of California; many nieces and nephews; his best friend, Mike Wilson of Denver; and his companion, Harley David North.

Preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Briana Swaim.

Services: 1 p.m. Friday at Kearns Funeral Service Kimball Chapel, Waterloo, with inurnment at a later date in West View Cemetery, La Porte City. Visitation from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday and for an hour before services Friday at the funeral chapel.
