Vicki L. Miller, 50, of Waterloo, Iowa, died Monday, June 7, 2004 at Allen Memorial Hospital in Waterloo from complications of a long illness.

She was born July 6, 1953 in Waterloo, Iowa, daughter of Lucian and Marjorie (Stanhope) Wersinger.

Vicki attended Hawkeye Community College and worked at the Kwik Star in Jesup. She enjoyed playing on the computer, chasing kids in her wheelchair, crafts, and crocheting.

She is survived by her son, Jason and his wife, Melanie of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; two daughters, Katie Trueg and her husband Jason of Jesup, Iowa; Mariah Olson and her friend Gary of Waterloo, Iowa. Five grandchildren, Ayron, Taron, Christian, Jaylynn and Damon. Two brothers, Lucian Wersinger and his wife, Karen of Kansas City, Missouri and Rickie Wersinger and his wife, Mary of Waterloo, Iowa. One sister, Martha Stitchman of Salem Arkansas.

Vicki is preceded in death by her parents and grandson, Ryan Trueg.
