EVANSDALE - Lisa Lynn Cosgrove-Timmerman, 45, of Evansdale, died at Cedar Valley Hospice Home, Monday, Sept. 1, 2014, of ovarian cancer.

She was born Feb. 18, 1969, in Waterloo, daughter of Kathy Smith Cosgrove. She married Jay R. Timmerman in 1992.

Lisa was a customer service representative for Iowa Glass Center, Waterloo, in the early 90s. She then became owner of Timmerman Glass, Evansdale.

Survived by her husband; two daughters, Ashley Reiners of Waterloo and Alexa "Lexie" Thovson of Evansdale; a granddaughter, RaeLynn Stewart of Evansdale; two sisters, Lori (David) Jones of Waterloo and Mary (Troy) Cosgrove of Austin, Ark.; an aunt, Mary (Steve) Brandhorst of Waterloo; and her cat, Sam.

Preceded in death by her mother; a sister, Lynda Cosgrove; and a cat, Grady

Private family memorial services: will be held Saturday at Kearns Funeral Service Kimball Chapel, Waterloo, where visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday.

Memorials may be directed to the family

Lisa was also a “great” stay-at-home wife and homemaker to her husband, children and cat.
