GILBERTVILLE - Doris M. McAleer, 61, of Omaha, Neb., formerly of Gilbertville, died Tuesday, Aug. 26, 2014 of cancer.

She was born June 18, 1953, daughter of Eugene and Margaret Klein. She married Bill McAleer.

Survived by her husband; two sons, Ryan (Tracy) and Justin (Keely); three grandchildren, Olivia, Audrey and Everett, with Baby Mac on the way; her mother; four brothers, Patrick (Norma), Keith (Connie), David (Sandi) and Larry (Cathy) Klein; four sisters, Rita (George) Amling, Elaine Catalano, Annette (Dean) Zuck and Angie (Paul) Hauser; six sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Judy (Jim) Phillips, Susan Bittner, Nancy (Terry) Carpenter, Pat (Marie) McAleer, Michelle Caldwell and Jackie (Mark) Stevens; many nieces and nephews; great-nieces and nephews; great-great-nieces and nephews; and many friends.

Preceded in death by her father.

Services: 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Gerald Catholic Church, 965th and Q, Omaha, where visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday with a 7 p.m. wake service. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery, Omaha. Heafey-Hoffman-Dworak-Cutler West Center Chapel, Omaha, is in charge of arrangements.

Memorials may be directed to ALS or Hospice House.
