Mrs. Jasamine W. Riley, 76, of 539 Ansborough Ave., died in Allen Memorial Hospital Sunday at 10:35 a.m. of cancer.

She was born Aug. 21, 1889. in Algona, to William and Sara Boals Kuhn. She had been a long-time Waterloo resident. Mrs. Riley was married to Melford John Riley on July 29, 1912, in Emmetsburg. She was a member of the Methodist Church.

Mrs. Riley is survived by four sons: Lloyd, 539 Ansborough; Harold, 605 Hartman Ave., Merle, 2060 Burton Ave. and Durward, Dakota City; a sister, Mrs. Ida Fortman, Minneapois, Minn., six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two sons, two daughters, a brother and a grandchild.

Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in Chapel of Memories West, with the Rev. J. W. Fouke, St. Paul's Methodist Church, officiating. Committal services will be in Garden of Memories Chapel with burial in Garden of Memories.
