Mrs. Alfred L. Stuntzner, 57, died at 8:45 a. m. Tuesday at her home, 326 West Ninth Street, as a result of complications from a stroke suffered March 24.
Born as Lottie Freebern Feb. 26 1886, in La Porte City, Iowa., she was the daughter of Elmer and Estella Freebern. She was married to Alfred L. Stuntzner in Waterloo Sept. 29, 1913, and the couple had since resided here. She was a member of the First Methodist Church and Becker chapter of Eastern Star.
Surviving are the widower and one brother, Walter Freebern of Muscatine, Ia.
Her parents and one son, Robert, who died June 27 1925, preceded her in death.
The body has been taken to the Parrott & Wood Funeral Home.
