CEDAR FALLS - Maxine Elaine Kinch, 83, of Cedar Falls, died Tuesday, Sept. 13, 2005, at the Western Home Communities.

She was born Dec. 11, 1921, in Sylvia, daughter of Harry Ray and Rose Mildred Bluski Lutz. She married Walter A. Kinch on Dec. 23, 1947, in Cedar Rapids. He preceded her in death.

Mrs. Kinch graduated from Coe College, Cedar Rapids, with a bachelors degree in physical education. She was a homemaker and also, director of Teen Club Activities at YMCA

Survivors include a daughter, Leanne M. (Larry) Hensley of Cedar Falls; a son, Karl L. (Carla) of Cedar Rapids; and four grandchildren.

Preceded in death by a son, Walter L.; and a daughter, Marolee E. Harrell.

Services: 10 a.m. Saturday at Turner East Funeral Home & Crematory, Cedar Rapids, where friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday. Burial will be in Shiloh Cemetery, Cedar Rapids.

A memorial fund has been established by the family.
