Services for Marcella Mae Stevens, 50, of Marshalltown, formerly of Waterloo, will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Sunnyside Temple Church with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery.

She died of natural causes early Wednesday, Sept. 13, [1989] at Marshalltown Manor Care Center.

She was born Dec. 22, 1938, in Iowa City, daughter of Harold and Gertrude Moore Augustson. She married the Rev. Perry Stevens on Jan. 1, 1957 in Waterloo.

She and her husband served at Son Rise Weselyn Church, Marshalltown.

Survivors include her husband; two sons, Andrew of Houghton, N.Y., and Charles of Marshalltown., three daughters; Sandra Christen fo Freeport, N.Y., Marie Frey of Stevens Point, Wis., and Lisa Stevens of Cedar Falls; four grandchildren; her parents of Waterloo; two brothers, Robert Augustson of Montrose, Calif; and Tony Augustson of Waterloo; a sister, Nancy Lorsung of Waterloo.

She was preceded in death by a son, Robert Scott in July, 1988; and a brother Richard in 1965.

Friends may call at O'Keefe & Towne-Carter & Waychoff Funeral Home from 2 to 9 p.m. Friday and at the church for an hour before services Saturday.

Memorials may be directed to the family.
