WATERLOO - Arlene G. Leininger, 78, of Waterloo, died Tuesday, April 5, 2005, at Ravenwood Nursing and Rehab Center.

She was born Nov. 19, 1926, in Milwaukee Wis., daughter of Walter and Dorothy Regel Schulz. She married Arnold Leininger on Sept. 8, 1948, in Mantorville, Minn., and they later divorced.

Survivors include two sons, Duane (Emira) and David (Tricia), both of Waterloo; four grandchildren; two brothers, Kenneth Jacob of Ames and Larry Jacob of Tampa, Fla.; and two sisters, Marilyn Huntress of Green Valley, Ariz., and Sandy Duncombe of Minneapolis.

Preceded in death by a brother, Roger Jacob.

Graveside memorial services: 10:30 a.m. Friday at Garden of Memories Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Kearns, Huisman-Schumacher Chapel on Kimball. Her body was cremated.
