WATERLOO - Joel Brousseau, 66, formerly of Waterloo, died Friday, April 25, 2014, in Orlando, Fla.

He was born Feb. 18, 1948, in Waterloo, son of James E. "Bud" Brousseau and Sara Stocks-Brousseau. He married Wanda Rash on July 2, 1983.

Survived by his wife of Orlando; his mother, Sara Bast of Mitchelville; two sons, Bob and Bill of Waterloo; two grandsons; a granddaughter; four great-grandsons; three brothers; and three sisters.

Preceded in death by his father; a son; three brothers; and two sisters.

Memorial services: 2 p.m. Saturday at 1911 W. Seventh St., Waterloo.

He loved fishing, football and basketball.
