Funeral arrangements are pending at O'Keefe and Towne Funeral Home for Joseph Westcott, 51, of the Black Hawk County Home, who died at 12:30 a.m. yesterday at Sartori Hospital in Cedar Falls of a heart attack.

Mr. Westcott was born in Waterloo on April 1*, 1920, the son of William and Elva Kirkwood Westcott. He was veteran of World War II and had never married.

His nearest surviving relatives are two uncles, Everett Westcott of Mr. Auburn and Jake Westcott of Union, three nephews and a niece.

Preceding him in death were his parents and two sisters.

Graveside services were held on Wednesday at Engledow Cemetery near Mt. Auburn for Joseph Westcott, 51, of Waterloo. Mr. Westcott died Saturday at Satori Hospital in Cedar Falls, of a heart attack.

He was born in Waterloo on April 5, 1920, the son of William and Elva Kirkwood Westcott. He was a veteran of World War II, and had never married.
