WATERLOO - Erma A. Germaine, 97, of Waterloo, died today, Dec. 16, 2004, at Windsor Nursing & Rehab Center, Cedar Falls, of natural causes.

Private family services will take place at a later date; Kearns, Huisman-Schumacher Chapel on Kimball, 233-3146, is in charge of arrangements.
