FRANK SCHWAB DIES NEAR C. F.

Native of Germany Victim of Stroke
at Farm Home Northwest of City: Aged 75

Cedar Falls.—Frank Schwab, 75, died suddenly Tuesday at 1:30 p. m. at his farm home nine miles northwest of Cedar Falls following a stroke of apoplexy.

Frank Schwab was born Aug. 27, 1857, at Baden, Germany, and came to America at the age of 26. On Jan, 29, 1889, he was married to Lucy Hummel, who preceded him in death Aug. 10. 1932. Since his marriage, he had lived on the same farm.

Surviving are a son, Frank, jr., of Waverly and five daughters, Mrs. Willis Johnson of New Hartford, Mrs. Chester Smith of Milwaukee, Wis., Mrs. Lewis Williams of Cedar Falls, Mrs. Allen McConnell of Waterloo, and Mrs. Neil Wallace, at home. Four sons died in infancy. There are also five grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Friday at 10 a.m. at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Cedar Falls, Rev. J. C. Wieneke in charge. There will be a short prayer service at the home at 9 a.m.
