Erven Charles Formaker died at his home, 430 Bratnober Street, at 2 a.m. today. Pneumonia was the cause of death.

Decedent was born in Sumner, Sept 26, 1898.

Surviving are the parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles F. Formaker; two brothers, William F. and Carl V.; and two sisters, Mrs. H. D. Closson, and Margaret Formaker.

He had been employed in the offices of the W. C. F. & N. Railway.

The body is at Hileman & Gindt Mortuary, pending funeral arrangements.
