WATERLOO - Mary Ann Surly Campbell, 52, of Orlando, Fla., formerly of Waterloo, died Saturday, Jan. 7, 2006, at Health Central Hospital, Ocoee, Fla., of a stroke.

She was born Sept. 11, 1953, in Waterloo, daughter of John Sr. and Helen Fritz Surly.

Survivors include her mother of Waterloo; four sisters, Karen Techenburg of Nashua, Kathy (Roger) Siebrands of Mesa, Ariz., Norma (Gordon) Perry of Bartlesville, Okla., and Linda (Gary) Sigler of Waterloo; and three brothers, John (Peggy) Surly Jr. and Leonard (Betty) Surly, both of Waterloo, and Marvin (Charlene) Surly of Evansdale.

Preceded in death by her father; an infant son, Jason; and a brother, Vernon Leo Surly.

Memorial services: 1 p.m. Saturday at New Beginnings Wesleyan Church, corner of South Street and Hammond Avenue. Her body ™was cremated; Collison Funeral Services, Winter Garden, Fla., is in charge of arrangements.

Memorials may be directed to her mother, Helen Surly, Ravenwood Nursing and Rehab Center, Waterloo.
