WATERLOO - Margaret L. Helmers, 83, of Waterloo died Dec. 19, 2005, at her home.

She was born April 23, 1922, in Rockwell, daughter of Ole and Leila Britton Kliven.

Survived by four sons, Allen and Duane, both of Waterloo, Russell of Elgin, Ill., and Gary of Kansas City, Mo.; a daughter, Cheryl Helmers of Waterloo; eight grandchildren; five stepgrandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and seven stepgreat-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by six brothers.

Services: 10 a.m. Saturday at Celebration First Assembly of God, with family burial at a later date.
