CEDAR FALLS -- Robert A. “Bob” Roskamp, 75, of Cedar Falls, died Saturday, March 22, 2014, at Ravenwood Nursing and Rehab.

He was born May 1, 1938, in Hammond, Ind., son of Clarence K. and Marietta F. Schmidt Roskamp. He married Mary Lou Snyder Roskamp on July 9, 1960, in San Diego.

Bob graduated from Teachers College High School in 1957 and was employed as an over-the-road truck driver.

Survived by his wife; a son, Kenneth (Jamie) of Hackensack, Minn.; a daughter, Tracy Johnson of Jerome, Idaho; three grandchildren; and two sisters, Meriel (David) Abrahamson of Canada and Florence (Rob) Rayburn of Tacoma, Wash.

Preceded in death by his parents.

Services: 10 a.m. Wednesday at Richardson Funeral Service, preceded by an hour of visitation, with burial in Cedar Valley Memorial Gardens, both in Cedar Falls.

Memorials may be directed to Covenant Orthodox Presbyterian Church, Cedar Falls.
