HORRIGAN, HANNEGAN, NICHOL

Mrs. Elizabeth Horrlgan, 87, former manager of the corset department of the James Black Dry Goods Store for 25 years, died Sunday at 2:05 a. m. at her home, 216 First
Street East, of a- complication of diseases.

She was born at Hazleton, Pa., Aug. 1, 1866, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Hannegan. She married William Horrigan May 10, 1886. Mr. Horrigan was, an engineer
for the Chicago Great Western Railroad and died in 1888 from injuries received in a railroad accident.

Mrs. Horrigan was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church and of the Rosary society of that church.

Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Prank Nichol, Sioux City; two sisters, Kathryn G. Hanegan and Margaret Hannegan, 216 First Street East, and two brothers, J. E. Hannegan, 216 First Street East, and Frank Hannegan, North Dakota.

Funeral services will be held at St. Joseph's Church Tuesday at 8 a.m. with Rev. Fr. Vern Cross, assistant pastor, officiating. The body was taken to the O'Keefe & Towne Funeral Home. The Rosary society will meet there Monday at 7:30 p.m. to recite the rosary.

Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Marshalltown, where her husband is buried.
