WATERLOO - Charles A. "Chuck" Jenkins, 40, of Waterloo, died Tuesday, Aug. 19, 2008, at Countryview Care Facility.

He was born Feb. 22, 1968, in Osage, son of Jerald A. and Sandra K. Shirley Jenkins. He graduated from Charles City High School and had been employed in the cafeteria at Tyson.

Survived by a brother, Jody (Kandi Heiniger) of Waterloo; two nephews and one niece, all of Waterloo.

Preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Timothy.

Memorial services: 11 a.m. Friday at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on South Street, Waterloo, with inurnment in Calvary Cemetery, Charles City. Public visitation for an hour before services Friday at the funeral home.
