Mrs. Conrad Nelson, 31, of 73 Sycamore St., died at 4 a.m. Friday at Schoitz Memorial Hospital from complications of a liver ailment. She had been in the hospital since Mar. 3.

Alice Elizabeth Nelson, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ervin Gilsdorf, was married to Conrad Nelson, Feb. 17, 1956, at Sioux Falls, S. D. The couple lived at Galesville, Wis, before moving to Waterloo before in October, 1956.

She is survived by her husband; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. E. B. Gilsdorf, Paramount, California; one son, David, and two daughters, LeAnn and Mary, by previous marriages; four brothers: William, Duluth, Minn.; Francis and Gerald, California, and Ronald, Texas.

The body will be sent from Parrott & Wood Funeral Home to Galesville, Wis., for service and burial.
