Raymond A. Millsap, 66, of 537 Reed St, died.at 10:40 p.m. Sunday at St. Francis Hospital of a heart attack suffered six hours earlier.

He was born Feb. 12, 1895, son of Edgar and Medora Baker Millsap, and was educated there. He was a World War I Army veteran, and married Delia Drahos Sept. 23, 1920, at Cedar Rapids.

Mr. Millsap came from that city to Waterloo in 1929 and was a welder for 30 years for the WCF&N and Waterloo Railroads. He retired in 1958.

He was a member of Calvary Evangelical United Brethren Church, Eagles Lodge, Becker Chapman Post, American Legion and Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way Employes Union.

Surviving are his wife, Della, a son Kenneth of 1908 Mitchell Ave., a sister, Mrs. Ida Trainor of 802 South St., and four grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by parents, four brothers and one sister.

Funeral services are tentatively set for Thursday. Friends may call after 4 p.m. Tuesday at the Kearns-Dykeman Chapel.
