WATERLOO - Floyd E. Corwin Jr., 88, of Waterloo, died at home Saturday, Feb. 15, 2014.

He was born Aug. 13, 1925, in Onondaga, N.Y., son of Floyd and Madge Norton Corwin. He married Marilee Boyer on Sept. 9, 1978, at the Little Brown Church in Nashua. She died Aug. 8, 2008.

He served in the U.S. Army during World War II and was employed as a concrete finisher with Martinson Construction.

Survived by several nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by three brothers, Lyle, Dale and Russell; and a sister, Faye Cyphers.

Services: no services or visitation are scheduled. Richardson Funeral Service is assisting the family.

Memorials may be directed to Cedar Valley Hospice or Honor Flight.

Floyd loved to fish and be outdoors.
