Funeral services for Lawrence E. Adler, 56, of 1462 Commercial will be at 3:30 p.m. tomorrow at O'Keefe and Towne Funeral Home with the Rev. David E. Smith of the Burton Avenue Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.

Mr. Adler died at 10 p.m. Thursday at 130 Arizona St. of a heart attack.

He was born Dec. 16, 1916 at Batavia to Renzo and Lola Little Adler.

He had been in Waterloo since 1931. He was a veteran of World War II and has been employed at IPS for the last 25 years.

He is survived by his fatrher of 1426 Commercial; four sisters: Mrs. John Pavich of Denver, Colo., Mrs. Lena Spooner of Horton, Kan., Mrs. Beulah Cooper of Kansas City, Mo., and Mrs. Ruby Spooner of Kansas City, Kan.

He was preceded in death by his mother and one sister.

Military rites will be by Becker Chapman Post of the American Legion.
