WATERLOO - Eunice Harriet Kyseth, 98, formerly of Waterloo, died Saturday, Feb. 1, 2014, at NewAldaya Lifescapes, Cedar Falls.

She was born Aug. 6, 1915, in Brooking, S.D., daughter of Ferdinand and Nora Larsen Trygstad. She married Tudor Price on July 9, 1939; he died April 20, 1940. She later married Art Roisum on Dec. 21, 1945; he died Aug. 15, 1975. She was then married to Marlyn Kyseth on Oct. 11, 1980; he died May 20, 1994.

Eunice graduated from high school in Mable, Minn., and then attended beauty school in Minneapolis. She was employed at the beauty salon at Black’s Department Store until opening Eunice’s Beauty Shop at her home.

Survived by a son, Bob (Marilyn) Roisum of O’Fallon, Mo.; two daughters, JoAnne (Paul) Neal of Cedar Falls and Barbara Roisum (Terry Anderson) of Fruita, Colo.; eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.

Preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Neil and Kenneth Trygstad; and a sister, Minerva McMullen.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, with burial in Garden of Memories. There will be no visitation. Parrott & Wood Chapel of Memories, an Overton Family Service, is in charge of arrangements.

Eunice enjoyed crocheting, needle point, cross stitch and golf.
