MRS. FRANK MAHANNA.

Mrs. Frank Mahanna, 78, of 1319 Bluff street, resident of Waterloo for more than 50 years, died at 5:30 a. m, Thursday at Presbyterian hospital following a short illness.

Anna Stuke was born August 18, 1865, in Germany, daughter of Anton and Elizabeth Stuke, and was married to Frank S, Mahanna at Akron, Colorado, Jan. 11, 1888.

Surviving are the widower; three sons, Leslie, Manchester, Wash., Frank, Madison, Wis., and James, at home; four daughters, Mrs. Bert Ohl, Oelwein, la., Mrs. Fred Pella, Burlington, Wis., Mrs. Robert Wilson, Cudahy, Wis., Mrs. William Neith, Home Acres, Waterloo; and one brother, Henry Stuke, Senca, Kan. There are 30 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p. m. Sunday at Kearns Garden chapel, with Rev. Hilmer Cedarholm in charge. Burial will be in Poyner township cemetery.
