WATERLOO - Donald R. Millard, 58, of Waterloo, died Tuesday, May 20, 2008, at Covenant Medical Center emergency room.

He was born Feb. 20, 1950, in Kewanee, Ill., son of Herbert and Gladys Riggen Millard. He married Kathy Kuehl on Feb. 7, 1970, in Waterloo.

Mr. Millard was employed at the Black Hawk County Courthouse and the Pinecrest Building as a janitor.

Survived by his wife; a son, Cory of Waterloo; a daughter, Laurie (Dave) Rogge of Waterloo; a brother, Michael (Barb) of Kewanee; and two sisters, Sheila (Duane) Drahos of Cedar Rapids and Marlene (Bruce Radloff) Zobel of Waterloo.

Preceded in death by his parents; and an infant sister, Diane.

Services: 11 a.m. Friday at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on South Street. Public visitation from 4 to 8 p.m. today and for an hour before services Friday at the funeral home.
