RAYMOND - Louise E. Volbruck, 74, of Raymond, died Friday, April 11, 2008, at the Cedar Valley Hospice Home.

She was born Sept. 24, 1933, in Vicksberg, Mich., daughter of John and Ann Wolthuis Boelman. She married John F. Volbruck on Nov. 21, 1953, in Waterloo.

Mrs. Volbruck was a homemaker and was employed Black Hawk Abstract Company, the National Bank of Waterloo and with the Waterloo Public School System.

Survived by her husband; a son, David J. of Raymond; four daughters, Diane S. (Steve) Brown of LaPorte City, Denise A. (Grant) Schildroth and Mary L. (Steve) Lentzkow, both of Waterloo and Carol Jean (Eric) Darling of Keller, Texas; her mother, Ann Boelman of Cedar Falls; 14 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; a sister, Betty (Richard) Levendusky of Waterloo; and a brother, Jim Boelman of Ackley.

Preceded in death by her father.

Services: 10 a.m. Tuesday at First Reformed Church, Evansdale, with burial in the Garden of Memories Cemetery, Waterloo. Public visitation from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on West Ridgeway, and for an hour before services Tuesday at the church.

Memorials may be directed to the church or Cedar Valley Hospice.
