GILBERTVILLE—Services for Bernard (Ben) Reuter, 76, of Rt. 5, will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, with burial in the church cemetery.

Mr. Reuter died of heart failure at 3:35 a.m. Saturday at Colonial Manor in La Porte City.

He was born March 27, 1899, in Gilbertville, son of Peter and Mary DeMuth Reuter. He married Florence Catherine Herrig Nov. 22, 1922, and she died Aug. 23, 1965. He farmed in the Gilbertville area.

Survivors include three sons, Paul of Washburn, Maurice of Rt. 4, Waterloo, and Louis of 193 W. 13th St., Waterloo; a daughter, Mrs. Lorraine Michels of Stanley; a brother, Brother Edward Reuter, C.F.A., Signal Mountain, Tenn.; and two sisters, Mrs. Pete Michael of Independence, and Mrs. Charles Stark of Newhall.

There will be rosary services at Oppold Funeral Home at 3 and 8 p.m. Sunday.
