Services for Richard W. Koch, 48. of 704 Midlothian Blvd. president of the Waterloo Metal and Manufacturing Co., will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Edward's Catholic Church. The Rev. Dennis Colter, his brother-in-law, of Loras College in Dubuque, will officiate. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.

Rosary services will b e Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. at Oppold Funeral Home by Hie parish and Knights of Columbus.

Mr, Koch collapsed at the YMCA Monday afternoon and was dead of an apparent heart attack on arrival at Allen Memorial Hospital.
