WATERLOO - Barbara Ann Cutsforth, 76, of Waterloo, died at home Friday, Jan. 17, 2014, of pulmonary fibrosis.

She was born Feb. 3, 1937, in Waterloo, daughter of Vern and Leora James Thompson. She married Robert Cutsforth on Oct. 5, 1957, at First Presbyterian Church, Waterloo.

She graduated from Waterloo East High School in 1955. She was past president of the Waterloo Fire Department Women’s Auxiliary and was a member of the Cedar Valley Antique Car Club.

Survived by her husband; a daughter, Kimberly (Roger) Latusick of Waterloo; a son, Scott (Sherri) Cutsforth of Waterloo; three grandchildren, Kara (Ethan) DeWall of Dike, Jennifer (Jeff) Monteith of New Hampton and Chad (Abbie) Cutsforth of Dike; six great-grandchildren, Tanner and Kolton DeWall, Emersen and Channing Cutsforth, and Easton and Dawson Monteith; a sister, Beverly (Doug) Puhl of Waterloo; and her mother-in-law, Esther Cutsforth of Waterloo.

Preceded in death by her parents; and father-in law, Robert Cutsforth Sr.

Services: 11 a.m. Wednesday at First Presbyterian Church, with burial in Mount Olivet Cemetery. Visitation from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on South Street, and for an hour before services Wednesday at the church.

Memorials may be directed to Cedar Valley Hospice or church.

Barbara loved spending time with her family, grandchildren and great- grandchildren.
