Robert A. Herman, 57, of Parkview Nursing and Rehab Center, died Thursday, Nov. 9, 2000, at the center of natural causes.

He was born Dec. 11, 1942, in Harmony, Minn., son of Roger Charles and Elaine G. Hovey Herman. He married Judy Rimrodt Sept. 26, 1964, in Jesup, and they were later divorced. He married Janis Breakenridge Oct. 9, 1990, in Grundy Center, and they later divorced. Mr. Herman was an electrician until becoming disabled in 1993.

Survived by his mother; two sons, Kevin A. of Burnsville, Minn., and Brian J. of Flagstaff; four grandchildren; a brother, Harold of St. Paul, Minn.; and a sister, Sharon Schake of Waterloo.

Preceded in death by his father; and a sister, Delores Herman.

Services: 10 a.m. Tuesday at Kearns, Huisman-Schumacher Chapel on Kimball. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday and for an hour before services Tuesday at the chapel.
