Tamara Marie Campbell, 5-day-old daughter of Kelly Campbell and Undray Reed, died Monday, June 12, 2000 at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City, from complications of prematurity.

She was born June 7 in Iowa City.

Survived by: her parents; paternal grandmother, Charlotte Jefferson; maternal grandparents, Jeff and Linda Westervelt and Rick and Jean Campbell; a half sister, Shaniqua; and a half brother, DeShaun.

Services; 1 p.m. Thursday at Kearns, Huisman-Schumacher Chapel on Kimball, with burial in Shaulis Road Cemetery, both in Waterloo. Friends may call from 11 a.m. until services Thursday at the chapel.
