WATERLOO - Anne Marie Nisas, 78, of Minneapolis, formerly of Waterloo, died Sunday, Dec. 24, 2000 of cancer.

She was born March 15, 1922, in Sheffield, daughter of Mike and Marie Marynovich Nisas. She worked at Rath Packing Co., John Deere, then at Honeywell, Minneapolis, for many years, retiring in 1990.

Survived by two sisters, Christine Will of Costa Mesa, Calif., and Elaine Cunningham of Cedar Falls.

Preceded in death by a brother, Matt Nisas; and a sister, Catherine Lucas.

Services: tentatively set for 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on South Street, with burial in Mount Olivet Cemetery. Friends may call for an hour before services Thursday at the funeral home.
