CEDAR FALLS — Una Mae Salmons, 84, of Stockton, Mo., formerly of Cedar Falls, died Tuesday, Dec. 8, 1998, at Stockton Nursing Home of Parkinson disease.

She was born May 11, 1914, in Buffalo, Mo., daughter of Joseph Leroy and Minnie Bell Cowgill Hendrickson. She married Tom Salmons on June 24, 1933, in Springfield, Mo. He died Nov. 8, 1977.

Mr. Salmons was employed at Sartori Memorial Hospital for many years.

Survived by two sons, Roger of El Paso, Texas, and Darrell of Cedar Falls; a daughter, Donna Brody of Fair Play, Mo.; 14 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Betty Jean Miles of Evansdale.

Preceded in death by two brothers, Hubert Rollin and William Henry Hendrickson.

Services: 1:30 p.m. Monday at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home, with burial in Cedar Valley Memorial Gardens. Friends may call for an hour before services Monday at the funeral home.
