GlLBERfVILLE - Jo M. Kueter, 43, of Bellevue, formerly of Gilbertvilie, died Sunday, Aug. 20, 1995, at St. Joseph Unit Mercy Health Center Dubuque, of natural causes. '

She was born May 26, 1952, in Waterloo, daughter of Ralph L. and Maxine M. Reuter Keifer. She married Steven A. Kueter on Sept. 19, 1989, in Niagara Falls, N.Y.

Mrs. Kueter attended Don Bosco High School in Gilbertvilie and Mount Mercy College in Cedar Rapids. She had been employed with the Internal Revenue Service for 22 years.

Survived by her husband; a son, Brian M. McNeal of Cedar Rapids; a daughter, Sara L. McNeal at home; her parents of Gilbertvilie; a sister Gail Dunnwald of Waterloo; and three brothers, Darrell Keifer of Garner, James
Keifer of Elk Run Heights and Michael Keifer of Chanhassen, Minn

Services: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Bellevue with burial in the church cemetery. Friends may call from 3 to 5 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m today at Kingery-Gallagher Funeral Home, Bellevue, where there will be a 6:30 p.m. Scripture service.
