Services for Justin Perkins, 75, of 600 Park Lane, are tentatively set for Saturday at Parrott and Wood. Funeral Home. He died at 12:40 a.m. Thursday at Friendship Village Care Center.

He was born July 16*, 1904, in Waterloo, son of George and Mable Peterson Perkins. He married Hilda Freed July 8, 1940, in Kirksville, Mo., and she died in 1966.

He was a musician in the Waterloo area for many years and was a 50-year member of the National Musicians Union.

There are no immediate survivors.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Friday. Memorials in his name may be given to First Presbyterian Church.
