Budd Clarence Probert, 82, 929 Lincoln St., died at 4 p.m. Friday at Allen Memorial Hospital of a heart condition.

He was born Nov. 15, 1885 in Waterloo, the son of Luellon and Hanna Hilburn Probert.

Mr. Probert was a self-employed masonary contractor in Waterloo for many years. He married Cornelia Molhock on July 31, 1915 in Waverly. He was amember of the First EUB Church.

Surviving are his wife at home, two daughters, Mrs. Irene Moore, 1935 Wilbur St., and Mrs. Robert Stribley, 412 Reed St.; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Preceding him in death were his parents, a brother and three sisters.

Funeral services will be Tuesday at the Parrott and Wood Chapel, where friends may call after noon today.
