Earl 'Dutch' Shipp

Services for Earl "Dutch" Shipp, 70, of 3082 Rocky Road, wilt be 10:30 a.m. Monday at Kearns-Dykeman Chapel with burial in the Garden of Memories. He died Thursday evening at Schoitz Medical Center.

Mr. Shipp was born March 8, 1915, in Bradford Township in Chickasaw County, the son of Isaac and Rena May Shipp. He married Helen Marie Brower on Feb. 15,1949, in Missouri.

He was the owner-operator of Shipp Sanitary Service for thirty years, retiring in 1980.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Raymond of 3064 Rocky Road, two sisters, Mrs. Pearl Bickford of Waterloo and Mrs. Mary Stern of Callender; and three grandchildren.

Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. until services Monday at the funeral home.
