CEDAR FALLS — Services for Violet lone Davison, 72, of Mojave, Calif., formerly of Cedar Falls, will be 1:30 p.m. Monday at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home with burial in Hillside Cemetery. Mrs. Davison died Tuesday night at Lancaster Community Hospital, Lancaster, Calif.

She was born Feb. 14, 1913, in Elkport, the daughter of Fred and Elizabeth Smiley Purington. She married Russell F. Davison.

Survivors include her husband; a son, Darrow Davison of California City, Calif.; a stepson, Leonard Davison of Fairfield, Calif. ; and nine grandchildren.

Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. until services Monday at the funeral home,
