Michael Scott Braniger, born Jan. 26, 1939, formerly from Waterloo, passed away in Scottsdale, Ariz., on Dec. 8, 2013.

Michael graduated from Waterloo East High School in 1957 and moved to Phoenix in 1975, then to Scottsdale in 2003. He retired as financial analyst at Motorola in 1975.

He is survived by his wife, Lee (Marlene Berry); and sons Robert (Kelly) from Glendale, Ariz., and Scott (Jody) from White Bear Lake, Minn.
