Services for Laura Lynn Smith, six-month-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Delbert Smith, 1431 Ingersol Rd., will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Oppold Funeral Home.

She died at 6:15 p.m. Sunday at Schoitz Memorial Hospital.

She was born April 10, 1976, in Waterloo, the daughter of Delbert and Ann Wach Smith.
Survivors are her parents; two sisters, Alisa and Brenda, both at home; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Wach of 137 GilbertviUe Rd.; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Delbert Smith of Bellvue; maternal great-grandmother, Mrs. Emily Brown of Belfast, Ireland; and paternal great-grandmother, Mrs. W.C. Hartman of Oskaloosa.
