CEDAR FALLS—Services for Miss Leah Kae Lohman, 19, of 1303 W. Eighth St., will be 2 p.m. Thursday at the Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home with burial in Fairview Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home until service time.

Miss Lohman died early Tuesday in rural Independence of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

She was born July 12, 1957, in Waterloo, the daughter of Richard H. and Armina Ellison Lohman. She graduated from Cedar Falls High School in 1975 and was employed in Winthrop.

Survivors include her parents of 1303 W. Eighth St.; two brothers, Mark at home, and Joseph of St. Paul, Minn.; a sister, Adrienne Lohman at home; her maternal grandmother Mrs. John Lohman of Melvern; her paternal grandmother Mrs. William Lohman of 2517 Grand Blvd.
