Services for Edgar L. Wight, H, of the Ellis Hotel, will be 3 p.m. Friday at O'Keefe and Towne Funeral Home with burial at Fairview Cemetery. He died at Allen Memorial Hospital Wednesday morning of a heart attack.

He was bom April 30, 1918, in Waterloo, the son of Edgar and Rosella Lemper Wight. He lived all his life in Waterloo and was employed by John Deere Waterloo Tractor Works for 30 years retiring in 1974 due to medical disability.

Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Ann Elliott of Marshalltown.
