Ray Davison Lived In the Oldest Home

Ray M. Davison, 94, who resided all his life in the first frame house erected in Waterloo, located at 166 Falls Ave., died at 7 a. m. Saturday of complications of advanced age at Woodlawn Convalescent Home.

The dwelling in which Mr. Davison lived was erected in 1856 by his grandfather, Charles Mullan, one of the prominent early-day settlers who surveyed and plotted Waterloo. The home is believed to be one of the oldest houses in the county.

Graveside services will be tomorrow at 4 p.m. in Elmwood Cemetery. The Rev. Richard J. Dieken, pastor of Cedar Heights Community Presbyterian Church, will officiate.

The body is at the O'Keefe & Towne Funeral Home.
