He was a salesman in the Waterloo- Cedar Falls area and had been employed at Sears and Roebuck Co.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Madge of Branson; a son, Jeffry of Springfield, Mo.; a daughter, Dina Galbraith of Springfield, Mo.
