WATERLOO – Thomas B. Clabby, 52, of Waterloo, died at home Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2013.

He was born March 13, 1961, in Dubuque, son of James and Marilyn Kemp Clabby. He married Coleen Rossow on Oct. 16, 1982, in Waterloo, and they later divorced.

Mr. Clabby was employed with Exceptional Persons Inc. for several years until disability.

Survived by two sons, Brian (Lauren) of Knightvale, N.C., and Robert of Waco, Texas; two grandsons; his parents of Waterloo; a brother, Steve (Deon) of Waterloo; and a sister, Sue Rue of Waterloo.

Services: 1 p.m. Friday at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on West Ridgeway, with inurnment at a later date in Mount Olivet Cemetery. Visitation from 5 to 7 p.m. today and for an hour before services Friday at the funeral home.
