Mrs. Grace Smith, 75, formerly of Waterloo and recently of Marshalltown, died Saturday in Marshalllown.

A rosary service will be 7:30 p.m. Monday at McVey Funeral Home in Marshalltown. Services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Marshalltown.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. W. E. Harrison of Marshalllown and Mrs. Richard Hildebrand of West Des Moines; a son, George Smith Jr., of Des Moines; three sisters, Mrs. Pat Felkey of 210 Walnut Court, Mrs. Robert
Van Besien of 1705 Liberty Ave., and Mrs. Lawrence McGrath of Jesup.
