CEDAR FALLS — Delia B. Larsen, 79, of 3528 Panther Lane, died Saturday, July 28, 1990, at Sartori Memorial Hospital of natural causes.

She was born Aug. 23, 1910, in Holstein, the daughter of Bernard and Lillian Vaughn Butcher. She married Glen L. Larsen on June 30, 1940, in Holstein. Before marriage, she taught in rural schools in Holstein, Viamon, and Gladbrook. She was a charter member of the Waterloo- Cedar Falls Homebuilders Auxiliary.

Survivors include her husband, Glen; three sons, Larry of Shell Rock, and Stanley and Leland, both of Cedar Falls; a daughter, LouAnn Larsen of Marion; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, Donald; a grandson, Craig Harrington; and a brother, Clemont Butcher.

Services will be 1 :30 p.m. Tuesday at Nazareth Lutheran Church, with burial in Greenwood Cemetery. Friends may call from 9 am. to 9 p.m. Monday and 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. Tuesday and for an hour before services at the church. Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Memorials may be directed to the Cedar Falls Lutheran Home or Christian Crusaders.
