Graveside memorial services for James R. Jordan, 65, of Bradenton, Fla., formerly of Waterloo and Iowa City will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at Waterloo Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mr. Jordan died Oct. 29, 1982, in Bradenton, of a heart condition.

Mr. Jordan was assistant to the president of the University of Iowa during the 1950s and was a consultant to the American Council on Education and the Ford Foundation in New York.
